1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Only items purchased directly from SnazzyStocks.com are eligible for returns.

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, we cannot accept return requests.

3. Proof of Damage or Defect

  • For damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Without proof, we may not be able to process the return.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back to our return address:

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

    • Products that are not physically damaged.

    • Return requests made after 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Gift cards or vouchers

    • Personalized or customized products

    • Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

    • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
